World Incentives has created this privacy
statement (Statement) in order to demonstrate our commitment to
client and member privacy. World Incentives values your trust and
we want you to know how we collect and use your personal
information. Your privacy on the client administration website
(the "Site") is of great importance to us. Because we gather
important information from our visitors, we have established this
Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and
dissemination practices. We reserve the right to change this
Statement and will provide notification of the change at least
thirty (30) business days prior to the change taking effect. The
following discloses the information gathering and dissemination
practices for our web sites as hosted by World Incentives, Inc.
WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?
"Personal Information" is personally
identifiable information such as your name, residential address
and e-mail address and includes information about your Award
Account, including personal contact information, as well as
points-awards granted, redeemed, and orders placed, cancelled and
points-re-credited.
Personal information is collected by World
Incentives, Inc. only for the purposes of administering and
managing your Sponsoring Company Award Program. We may also
provide your personal information to our business partners for the
sole purpose of administering and managing your Sponsoring Company
Award Program.
COLLECTION, USE & DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL
INFORMATION
World Incentives provides points program and
Folio redemption delivery as a service to clients. During the
process of collecting contact information from Folio/reward
recipients, names, email addresses, shipping addresses and phone
numbers are collected.
All contact information collected during the
shipping information data gathering process is used to facilitate
orders (i.e., to get in touch with a reward recipient when
necessary for fulfilling a Folio order). The contact, demographic
and profiling information we collect from you may also be used to
improve and customize the content of our site. This information is
NOT shared with outside organizations for commercial purposes.
This information may also become the
property of our client and is subject to their privacy policy as
provided on their site. As a vendor to the sponsor, World
Incentives takes its role very seriously. We will not sell, rent
or give your personally identifiable information to anyone other
than our client.
Additionally, we may share your information
under the following conditions:
We have your consent.
We need to provide your information to a
World Incentives vendor who is working on our behalf to deliver
your selected item to you.
We are responding to a subpoena, court
order, or other legal process.
IP ADDRESSES
We use your IP address to help diagnose
problems with our server, and to administer our web site. In the
Internet Protocol (IP), an IP address is a 32-bit number that
identifies each sender or receivers system.
USE OF COOKIES
When you interact with the World Incentives
Web site, we strive to make that experience easy and meaningful.
When you come to our Web site, our Web server sends a cookie to
your computer. Cookies are small amounts of information that Web
browsers temporarily store in a computers memory or hard drive.
World Incentives uses session cookies
containing encrypted information to allow the system to uniquely
identify you while you are logged in and carry information from
one web page to another. This information allows World Incentives
to process your online requests and to ensure that you are who you
say you are after you have logged in. We do not use persistent

Incentives application, but it is recommended that you leave

possible. All World Incentives cookies are temporary and will

Third Party Cookies: We may from time to
time engage third parties to track and analyze non-personally
identifiable usage and volume statistical information from
visitors to our website to help us administer our website and
improve its quality. Such third parties may use cookies to help
track visitor behavior. Such cookies will not be used to associate
individual website visitors to any personally identifiable
information. All data collected by such third parties on behalf of
World Incentives, Inc. is used only to provide us with information
on site usage and is not shared with any other third parties.
ACCURACY
World Incentives, Inc. will try to ensure
that information about you is accurate, complete and up-to-date,
but it remains your responsibility to inform World Incentives of
any change of name, address or other information. In the event you
have questions about the accuracy of factual information we have
collected about you, you will have access to that information in
order to verify and update it. If we have disclosed inaccurate
information about you to a third party, we will be pleased to
contact the third party in order to correct the information.
SECURITY
To try to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and
ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place the
appropriate physical, electronic and procedural security
safeguards to protect and secure the information we collect.
Our Site has security measures in place to
help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the Data
under our control. When our Site is accessed using Secure Socket
Layer (SSL), this technology protects information using both
server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data
is safe, secure, and available only to you. Private account and
customer information is located on a secured server behind a
firewall; it is not directly connected to the Internet. This
process isolates our systems from access by other networks
connected to the Internet. We restrict access to your information
by unauthorized persons. We also advise all World Incentives, Inc.
employees about their responsibility to protect customer data and
we provide them with appropriate guidelines for adhering to our
company's business ethics standards and confidentiality policies.
World Incentives also implements an advanced
security method based on dynamic data and encoded session
identifications, and hosts the Site in a secure server environment
that uses firewall and other advanced technology to prevent
interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, World
Incentives provides unique user names and passwords that must be
entered each time a Client logs on. These safeguards help prevent
unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the
appropriate use of Data.
Passwords and social security numbers are
always encrypted. All information transmitted through World
Incentives, Inc. is stored on our secure server. When requested,
we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which is the
electronic commerce standard for securing information as it
travels over the Internet. SSL technology is designed to encrypt
your information, preventing an unauthorized party from viewing
and downloading your information.
COMMUNICATIONS
If we have your email in our system, you
will probably receive emails from us. These emails detail changes
to your account or orders. You will never receive a promotional
email from us and we do not share your email address with other
companies for promotional purposes.
OTHER SITES
Our site may contain links to other sites. Other sites may also
reference or link to our site. World Incentives, Inc. is not
responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other
sites.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
We may supplement the information that you provide to us with
information that is received from third parties.
CHOICE OPT-IN/OUT
If we ever send you information by e-mail concerning new World
Incentives, Inc. or World Incentives, Inc. products or services, we
will provide you with an e-mail address by which you may request no
future notices. If you have already consented to receive such
notices or have your information shared with unaffiliated parties,

You may review for accuracy and update any personal information we
have about you. To do so, send a request to

By using our various websites, you signify your assent to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or
remove portions from this policy at any time. Your continued use of

PRINCIPLES OF FAIR INFORMATION PRACTICES
PRINCIPLE 1 - ACCOUNTABILITY World
Incentives, Inc. is responsible for the personal information under
its control and shall designate one or more individuals who shall
be accountable for the company's compliance with the procedures
and principles set out in the World Incentives, Inc. Privacy
Policy.
PRINCIPLE 2 - IDENTIFYING PURPOSE World
Incentives, Inc. will identify the purpose for which personal
information is collected at or before the time the information is
collected. The purposes for which information is collected, used
or disclosed by World Incentives, Inc. must be those that a
reasonable person would consider are appropriate in the
circumstances.
PRINCIPLE 3 - CONSENT The Sponsoring Company
Award Program manager knowledge and consent is required for the
collection, use or disclosure of your personal information. Your
personal information is required for the administration and
management of your personal award account. If you do not give
your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your
personal information, as described in above paragraphs, you have
the right to contact your Sponsoring Company Award Program manager
and withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, your
participation in your Sponsoring Company Award Program must be
terminated, as awards cannot be shipped to you without your
personal information, i.e. name, address, phone, email, etc.
PRINCIPLE 4 - LIMITING COLLECTION World
Incentives, Inc. shall limit the collection of personal
information to that which is necessary for the purposes identified
by the Sponsoring Company Award Program requirements. Personal
information shall be collected by fair and lawful means.
PRINCIPLE 5 - LIMITING USE, DISCLOSURE AND
RETENTION Personal information shall not be used or disclosed for
purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with
the consent of the individual or as required by law. Personal
information shall be retained only as long as necessary for the
fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected.
PRINCIPLE 6 - ACCURACY Personal information
shall be as accurate, complete and up-to-date as is necessary for
the purposes for which it is to be used.
PRINCIPLE 7 - SAFEGUARDS Personal
information shall be protected by security safeguards appropriate
to the sensitivity of the information.
PRINCIPLE 8 - OPENNESS World Incentives,
Inc. shall make readily available to its award program
participants and client managers specific information about its
policies and practices relating to the management of personal
information.
PRINCIPLE 9 - INDIVIDUAL ACCESS Upon
request, an individual shall be informed of the existence, use and
disclosure of his or her personal information and shall be given
access to that information except where World Incentives, Inc. is
permitted or required by law not to disclose personal information
to the individual award program participant. An individual award
program participant shall be able to challenge the accuracy and
completeness of the information disclosed to them and have it
amended as appropriate.
PRINCIPLE 10 - CHALLENGING COMPLIANCE An
individual award program participant shall be able to address a
challenge concerning compliance with the principles in the World
Incentives, Inc. Privacy Policy to the Sponsoring Company Award
Program manager.
