 Individual Incentive Travel Certificates

Carefree Luxury Escapes™ (is a registered trademark) of World Incentives, Inc.  World Incentives, Inc. reserves the right to change award offerings at any time without notice.  Awards are subject to the terms and conditions of the Award suppliers, and those outlined in the brochure may not apply to all suppliers.  Should events occur beyond World Incentives' or its appointees' control such as computer equipment or electrical data transmission failure, strikes, acts of God, civil disturbance, terrorism or any other reasons beyond the control of World Incentives, World Incentives awards may be suspended or terminated. 

All Award reservations must be made through World Incentives.  The Award recipient is responsible for all reservations in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Award and Award supplier.  No changes in the format or included feature components of the Award are allowed by the recipient.  Not redeemable for cash or credit or reimbursed.  Other restrictions may apply.  World Incentives and/or its appointees are not responsible if certificates and/or travel documents are lost, stolen, or expired, and certificates are void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced. Certificates are void if sold for cash or other consideration.  Certificates will not be extended beyond the expiration dates.   A minimum of 45 days advance reservations is required.  Once certificates are redeemed and travel plans are confirmed, they cannot be changed or refunded.

 Federal and state income tax liability, and any other federal state, or local taxes are the responsibility of the participant.  Award offers are void where prohibited by law.  Awards cannot be converted to cash.  While every effort has been made to ensure the information in the Award description is accurate, World Incentives, Inc. or its appointees are not responsible for errors or omissions.

 Travel Documents will be mailed 7-10 business days prior to trip departure.

HOTELS

45-day advance reservations required.  All reservations are based on availability at time of booking and must be paid-in-full prior to trip departure.  Hotel Awards are for two adults based on double occupancy or, when applicable, two adults and 2 children based on quad occupancy and do not apply to food (except where noted), beverage, parking, service charges, or other incidentals.  Length of stay and availability restrictions may apply.  World Incentives, Inc., Carefree Luxury and Carefree Dream Luxury Escapes™ include one guest room for two adults or when applicable two adults and two children and most related taxes.  This award cannot be combined with other promotional offers or Upgrade certificates.  No credit will be issued for any certificate that is not fully used. Breakfast certificates valid only for the hotel selected by participant.

 ACTIVITIES

Sample activities are defined under the structure of the Carefree Luxury Escapes™ program.  Activities are subject to availability at time of booking within desired destination.  Some activities may not be available in all locations.  Included dinners are based on an allowance of $100.00 per couple per dinner.*  Your Award Reservationists can provide you with the details of available activities, or a copy of specific details, terms and conditions for all activities can be provided at your request.

AIRLINE AWARDS

Airline travel is ticketed through World Incentives, Inc. on American or Delta Airlines based on availability.  Air travel may be subject to blackout dates, including holidays and others as determined by each airline.  Once ticked, tickets are not transferable.  Normal airline rules and conditions apply to all ticketed travel.  Frequent-flyer miles cannot be accrued.  Passengers must return to the city of origin.  Open jaw and stopovers are not allowed.  Advance reservations and blackout dates apply.  Seats may be limited.  All travel segments must be on the same airline.  Passenger facility and other surcharges assessed by airports, as well as any applicable Federal and local taxes are not included in awards, and are the responsibility of recipient.  Depending on Award, certificates are for round-trip coach-class air travel for two adults traveling together in conjunction with a World Incentives Carefree Land or Cruise Travel Escape and are subject to availability.  All airlines require 30 days advance purchase and Saturday night stay.

RESPONSIBILITY

WII does not own or operate any person or entity which is to or does provide goods or services for the Enrolled Participant’s trip, including without limitation airlines or other transportation companies, hotels or other lodging accommodations, sightseeing companies, transfer companies, recreational or dining facilities or any one else.  As a result, it is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person. WII will not be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damages to person or property in connection with any transportation or other service, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of God, government or other authorities, terrorism, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, delays or changes in itinerary provided by those providing goods and services for the participants trip.  World Incentives, Inc. shall not be liable for any additional expenses sustained by the award recipient as a result of any of these foregoing causes.
